Who is OnTrack best suited for?
Business owners between 6 and 8 figures of annual revenue, with a team (at least 2 staff).
My key focus is on developing entrepreneurs in the areas of:

What is included in the program?
Group Coaching Calls:
We meet fortnightly and I help you work through:
– Your biggest problem, roadblock or issue holding your business back
– 1 Key Strategy (your next strategic move towards your goals – if needed)
– 1 Key Action (something you’d like to name to the group for accountability)
Group Chat Support:
Connect with other members, celebrate wins, tackle challenges and keep your business ‘On Track’ together in our members-only chat spaces.
1:1 Pitstops:
Occasional private video meetings to workshop a personal issue or strategy.
Resources:
Members-only training, resources and frameworks not available to the public.
Progress Tracking:
I make call notes tracking your progress for reflection and accountability.
Members Retreat:
Twice a year we’ll meet virtually or physically for vision, planning, strategy, community and guest expert facilitators.
1:1 Chat Support (Private Coaching Option Only):
Private, direct chat access to me for individualised support when needed.

What is the cost & commitment?
Pricing is on application. There is no minimum time commitment, however a minimum of 6-12 months is recommended. Attendance to calls isn’t mandatory, however those who attend studiously get the best results.
